wat is de lucifer ? voor ons is dat een stekje ????

welke temp. zijn de nozzles ? en welk filament abs of pla ?
ik denk dat er een lek is tussen de kop en het plastic deel, draad kapot of niet hard genoeg aangedraaid, en span enkel aan wanneer de kop koud is.

hoi, i had more than 10 thermistors broken, some times even after one day, horror. solution is : order at Farnell (uk- eur) part 1672406 NJ28RA0104G for US -- Newark do not use any SMD thermistor - the solderings inside the housing will melt at these high temperature. this temp sensor fits just insi...

hoi,
i use arnitel of flex pla, works fine, slicing with SK, bed temp at 60° but after the first layer switch off heating bed, heat extruder at 225°C. speed at 100 or 110

hoi,
i use for more than 1 year the glass from a old AIO flatbed scanner/printer, 1cm too great but it works fine, in combination with 'pritt' or 'tessa' paperglue no more problems bed temp at 60°C.

disassemble the printerhead , you will find a small part of filament at the alu top part, and push it out.

can you turn motor by hand ?
are you shure about the wiring , connector on printed circuit board , check, plug out in ....
try to adjust the small pot on the print to set current limit...

if it worked in version 1.0 it should work now ! no panic.

the glue is like you specify, paperglue. fit best on hot glassplate ( i use also a faulty flatbedscanner glas) problems with lifting corners i had also, but with the glue and no ventilator it is almost null. avoid also cold air ( ambiant air flow) to the printer, in the winter it makes a difference....
