Good (Best) PLA filament

Help!!!
Where can I buy a good PLA filament?
I'm from Portugal and is expensive to buy the filament from Felix.
I've tested the filament from BQ and can not obtain good results with it!

Can someone help me?

I'm still not sure if I will buy this software or not because I do not know if it will do what I want!
Can someone generate a Gcode for me to test in my printer to see if the cookie cutters come out like I want?

I'm trying to print cookie cutters (and fondant as well) and here is the result... What am I doing wrong?
How do I have to set up Kisslicer? I'm lost....
Look at the corner in the top, it's cut :(

I was able to install Repetier- Host with the S-fact profiles but so far I'm struggling to make the connection with the printer, the Status is always Idle! :(

The printer stays Idle in the Repetier and the S-fact files even if I go step by step with the manual don't work!
