I've got today my upgrade kit 3.0 (dual) --> 3.1 (dual).
I found the general assembly instructions, but is there no separate upgrade document?

Hi
My selfmade 3D printer prints since this morning. I know, it's not quite precise nor anything else, but it works! At least for some simple objects. I've you want to take a look at it, click here.

I'll answer my own question, at least partially: Today I've added an additional fan near the extruder. This reduces the distortions on the printed negative angles. Maybe I'll have to move it closer to eliminate them totally ?

I have the same problem and would be really happy about a tip on how this could be avoided.
Most of the time I can turn my prints in some other way so that I don't need to print negative angles, but this is not always possible.

Did you look Repetier-Host, Menu "Printer" > "EEPROM Settings" ?

I have a Mac an do not have in problems in any combination with these software. I use a PC, my Mac as well as direct printing from the SD-card ...

Yes, if you go down to 0.05, it will look better, but take a lot more time to print. Just try yourself ...
