Same trouble in here, none of 3 opto sensors does not work anymore, LEDs doesn't light at all. Only X axis goes to home, doesn't matter that opto does not work, it goes anyway, but any other axes (X and Y) moved to home by me

Just change that PEEK part for new one and it works well again but, how many workhours Your machine run before PEEK melted up? Why the filament does not stick onto bed? Just clen it with acetone when it 40...50 degrees - I clean the bed once after 4 or 8 printing time and I do not have any problem with not-sticking. Also I found that I do not have to change kapton so often at all - 1 roll for year is quite enough.

Guys, I think that I found the main reason for this trouble. I had also this kind on trouble and I found the solution for this trouble - I had none of this kind of trouble anymore, at all. Printer stops during printing
I bought 2.0 since year ago and now I have a problem with it - let's say it is big issue :) During printing at long time - let's say that over 2 or more hours, it just stops physicly.
