Also ich hatte noch nicht viele Probleme mit dem Hot End (V1.5) bin aber auch gerade dabei auf das E3d umzurüsten. Wenn man ABS druckt wird mir das Peek zu weich, das gefällt mir nicht. @Undergroundsurf Ich nehm einfach Malerkrepband das funktioniert ganz gut. Habe aber noch nicht wirklich viel dami...

Hallo zusammen ich komme aus Süddeutschland und hab damals den Felix 1.5 gekauft und selbst die änderungen gemacht die der Felix 2.0 dann bekam. Ich habe mir auch ein PCB heizbett gebaut und drucke damit PLA, ABS , Taulmann Nylon. Hab auch noch Woodfill und TPE da habe ich aber noch nicht gedruckt. ...

When I have this problem I reduced the retraction to 2mm since then I haven´t had this problem

Since I calibrated my extruder, my results getting much better since then I mostly use slic3r because slicing and printing is faster.

Oh yes I think this Transistor is at the boarder to death. With or without the new heated bed. I recocnized this problem and solved it with a SMD Transistor witch is not nice to mount but at the moment with 10A it is getting hand warm at 10A.

Hi killejano I changed the transistor because it gets too hot maybe 100°C at 9-10A. Now my new transistor gets only 35°C with the same current and think about that... I loose 1V on the ramps! That´s 10W I loose.I thought about a bigger PSU too but since I use a PCB heated bed I don´t need this any m...

I have had the same problem, but after I printed the carriage out of ABS the problem was solved

I print with ABS, but I made a PCB heatetd bed and print with 235-240°C and 90-100°C bed. I use a glass sheet with kapton tape and for larger prints with ABS Aceton mix. I think the 100°C are important because the ABS is getting soft above 100°C. I heard about printing on plexiglas maybe with the lo...
