Did you try reversing the cable with the printer off and then turn on the printer afterwards? The display needs to be initialised, which cannot be done properly with the cable connector reversed.

Ok. Clockwise is more current, counterclockwise less. Every trim pot is positioned near the corresponding driver. The drivers are designed to withstand high temperatures, so they can become very hot to the touch without issues. When they overheat, they shut down for a few seconds. That can cause shi...

You also see this pattern on the display when the flat cable is inserted the wrong way around.

It shows a picture of trim potmeter settings that usually work.

Hello Instasquid, Is this the same windows 7 box you used before? Does your printer have a display? If so, does it show the usual info when you power it on? Do you see any device show up in the windows Device manager when you plug in and turn on the printer? The Felix 3 should show up as a USB seria...

Can you decrease the distance to the bed a little?
You can do this for example with babystepping.
Sometimes the filament doesn't stick right away when the nozzle is not close enough to the bed.
