felix pro1 filament slipping

Itrs now sinds 3 days that i have my felix pro1. The first days he works good butr now i have probleme's. The fillament is slipping and he stop printing and rthe extruder cold down. On the internet i read that i can turn on the weels to make the contakt better with the fillament but i dont find those weels. Who can help me

you have to home x and then if you look on the topside of your printer you can see the screws , to see the screw of the second extruder you have to select him in the software
