Shipping a Felix

Just wondering if anyone has any tips about packing up a Felix for shipping.

I was thinking of removing the print bed and y-axis so that there would be less mass on the z-axis, in case of a dropped box shock.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated....

I'm thinking the same. The Y axis / bed construction is the most delicate part of the printer. The rest is pretty robust. I would use lots of Styrofoam to package the printer very rigid in the box.
