First print fail

Hello,

I have bought a Felix 3.0 which i assembled. My First 3d printer.
My first print ( the tweezers bracket) failed. The print is leaning.

Can anybody tell me what i'm doing wrong? :o

Looks like the motor is losing steps. Either the motor current is set too low (see assembly manual step 111), or the tension of the timing belt is set too high. Another - remote - possibility: the motor wires are not firmly connected to the PCB or there is a break (or almost break) somewhere along a wire.

some little flaws are present???

What i have done:
[*] Checked the current settings, it looks ok. It's very hard to see in the manual how it must be.
[*] Checked the wires on de pcb = ok
[*] i loosen the tension of the belts. any tips how you know its ok.
[*] and the screw on pulley (printhead motor) fastened.

unfortunately is still not good.
anyone got some tips?
the only thing i found (with this print) that the screw from the pulley ( X-axis) get loose (tiny bit)

I found the problem, its where the screws of the pulleys that came loose. the motor losing steps, print fail.

I tried to print all over, with a lot of different angles and tank positions without ANY success. Every print fails regardless and are getting progressively worse. Before I read up here about the silicone layer, I was printing in the same spot on my first tank and before I printed the hollow piece, managed 5 large pieces and 15 or so small pieces. In the later few, I started to get the soft spots before major failed parts.
