So. There is no such problem when I print ABS. Never.
But when PLA printing always those nasty "web threads". I know it "travel trails" or how it calls ? When hotend just runing over model and do not printing. But what I doing wrong ? Feed rate, speed ?
Maybe poor felament quality ?

Ok, still don't know which slicer you use.
You could post also g-code file (zipped) and ask to check it.
You can check it also with http://gcode.ws/ to see what it does really.
Filament can create some problems but most of it you can resolve with right slicing settings.

I see only one thing which could be wrong: Too fast retraction.
The other speeds are normal or slow.
To my knowledge the printer can do 40mm/s or so and you use 100. I only remind that in manual I found 'fast retraction' is 1000mm/min which is 16.7mm/s! I used never >40 on rectract and >15 on prime.
By the way, if you like Cura you may want to use beta: http://software.ultimaker.com/Cura_closed_beta/

I've got stand alone Cura 15.02.1 but don't found any advantage before Repitier. Also, this "on the fly slicing"(not in background as promised) is really bad idea for huge models.

the advantage is that you can see and place/scale/rotate/... parts much better than in repetier. I do not use Repetier at all anymore because I attached to my printer a Raspberry Pi with OctoPrint (including Wifi and power supply from old mobile phone <45$/40€.
I slice with Kisslicer or Cura (or http://www.craftunique.com/craftware) and send the gcode file to the printer via the web interface of http://octoprint.org/.
