I am working with Felix at the moment to try and resolve some of the quality issues I am having. When I say sharp I mean crisp 90 degree edges. Felix has suggested I turn up the jerk settings a bit like I mentioned I just have not had a chance yet. I have some Taulman Alloy 910 which I really like. The first time I printed with it, it popped from the moisture. I made an "oven" from the idea on their website using a 5 gallon bucket and a 50 watt light bulb and it worked. You have to leave it in there a long time though.

Alloy 910 is normally easy to print and you've no issues with the Layer Adhesion at all. It seems that either your Speed (Travel, Retraction, ...) are to fast for that mechanic cause i can see shifting.

I am thinking that I can do that which is easy to load. I think that in particular when it is down, there is really hard time trying to thread the filament through small holes. Brother Printer Support
