left 0.1mm
right 0.15mm


I don't seem to have your Flat-Surface border issue. You can see the pattern a bit. In the 0.1mm more than in the 0.15mm but it's in no way sticking out to me or disturbing. (sry the bad photo quality)

I more have a problem that sometimes the Top Surface layer thins a bit out where anything else is drunk in material overflow. (the 0.1mm)

I adjusted the print width parameter to 0.42 mm. It might have helped again the bumps I have had in a previous 0.1mm model but it visible didnt help to lower the material output. (see fingers)
Not sure how to conter it best (lowering temperatur, increase that parameter even further, adjust the flow somewhere)

the surface looks realy good can you zip the profile that you use and send it to me? so i can try if youre settings helps or this is a matter of my printer

i tried everything that comes to my mind but cant get this proplem go away.
any ideas?

Check following things

Are all screws on the y axis fix

Is the Belt also tightened enough

Check the Belt in different positions i mean Check Belt then move the axis and Check the Belt again
repeat that at different Positions this Shows you if the Belt have stretched in some places

Check if the pully is fixed

Y axis belt is broken, there is little metal wires inside the belt and those wires are broken :evil:

anyone know what belt specs are so that i can order it from somewhere since ordering from felix shop takes bit long to arrive :(

I think there is somthing in the assambly instructions about hd3 this should be the Type of the Belt
