is the thermal barrier removable? there is something in my hot end, i can see it whit flashlight but cant get it out but if the barrier can be removed it will help.

Yes. I think you can screw both aluminum parts from the PEEK part.

ill give it try, nothing to lose since i cant print anythin so ill try to open it and tommorw ill propably order new hot end :) does anyone know if there is cheaper hot end for felix? that can be fitted to felix whitout major modification.

i tried that method but i cant get the dirt or whatever it is out, tommorw ill open it again and remove the PEEK and maybe i can clean it.

Those how have changed the thermistor, can you see inside the hot end through thermistor hole?

No, its not a open connection through the extrusion hole.
