Spare parts/heat damage z-axis carrier

I have just started printing in abs, after being really successful with PLA.
My first abs print has not gone well, i have ended up with heat damage on "z_axis_carrier_pt2_v11_F2_0" printing at 90-ish.
I have noticed the .stl' can be hard to come by and have not been able to find it to download, pretty desperate to get this part printed out

Does anybody have the .stl?
and any tips for heat bed temp when printing with abs (to avoid warping your z-axis carrier of course)

Had my felix 2.0 diy for about a month now, dont think there are too many other aussies using a felix out there?

I'm actually having a similar problem with my Z Axis sagging, well its more like my Y-Axis stepper two screws are pulling through the Z-Axis under tension and I think this has been due to the heated bed and excess motor current on the Y Axis motor which was causing it to heat up, I've rectified this issue, by adjusting the motor and putting some insulation under the bed (simple sheet of cardboard cut to correct size and kept in place with Kapton tape around the edges), simple and works well, I'm now getting max temperature of the bed up to 95Deg however it doesn't seem to get any hotter, as I want to try some ABS printing shortly.

Anyway the problem I'm now left with, is the Y-axis motor is at an angle and belt is not aligning properly and becoming stretched on one side because of this and is affecting calibration consistency on the Y-Axis.

You can see how much it's affecting by my steps/mm calibration factors

I've emailed support last week for an STL. I know he's pretty busy but will get a reply sooner or later.

Looks like we have the same problem, i had a look through the forums and found a few other similar stories so its not too uncommon.

My bearings and pulley has sagged away from the pressure put on them by the y-axis belt. So it must be due to the pla softening because of the heat bed, then not being able to withstand the pressure from the belt and warping.
Insulation sounds like the way to go, i have read people getting up to 115 with insulation and that would solve the problem of heat effecting the z-axis carrier.

Unfortunately the problem has gone from only being able to print where the belt isn't warped without my circles becoming ovals, to the belt slipping off. Hopefully we get a reply soon, i am now completely unable to print.

Ad a small washer and a big one on top of the bearings to stop the belt so you can print the spare after you get the stl for it.

Printer is back in action! now just need to wait for my new belt and it will be back to normal

Awesome!!! Great to hear. That'll be my next print for today and I'm hoping my belts I ordered should rock up this week and should be the end of my calibration problems.
