Quality problem. Expert help needed

Post by bhavesh3e »

Hi all,
I am printing with newly assembled 2.0 printer I got best prints for first few print jobs (for say approx 10 to 15 total hours printing)
then quality issue occurred not able to solve it.
X axis is fine, But y axis is printing with vibration I guess
One thing I noticed both axis (x and y) print in fine quality for 1st 10 (approx) layers then Y axis get disturbed then after some layers some times X axis also get disturbed.

Hi all,
solved the problem by cleaning the nozzle with copper wire of 29 AWG (of dia 0.3454mm).
which was damaged when it unfortunately hit to the platform. As, Z axis opto sensor is not working. ( opto sensor issue http://www.felixprinters.com/forum/view ... f=14&t=473 )
