I am searching the forum quite a lot for solutions that can cure my printing problems and is not always easy because certain solutions are hidden in not very descriptive topic names. Making good quality prints is in my opinion still a black art Finding the best print speed, flow rate, preventing extruder jams etc etc. Is it an idea to start a best practice WIKI either by Guilliaume in the forum/website or by us (me?) in wikipedia?
The Common problems/Tips and tricks forum is a start but too limited to have a solution for the multitude of small problems.
Indeed that's the kind of resource I am thinking of. Most problems are indeed device independent.
I spend hours tweaking flow settings, print speed and what not. Until I raised the extruder temperature from 200 to 205 ˚C and the difference was remarkable. I got so frustrated that I thought of a trouble shoot guide to reduce the time to get to a solution.
