Well... the slicers are different. I'm using them both, and haven't decided what my favorite one is. Slic3r is way faster and has a way better user interface. But also some of the generated G code is smarter. And most of the time it handles 3D objects better by looking at the whole object instead of just a slice (saves troubles with a bit corrupted 3d files like intersecting faces)
I'ts probably a corrupted model. I also can show sample's where Slic3r works better than Sfact, but like I said, I use them both. Sometimes the Sfact works better sometimes Slic3r works better.
