I'm using Deans (rated 40A) for the heater element and Deans micro for the thermistor

Honestly, I wasn't being sarcastic. I really didn't understand you. I even looked the word up in google image search and after finding all kinds of necklaces I really got curious what you meant.

Besides that, English isn't my native language and I make lots of failures also. I'm sorry if I offended you.

I'm using an isolated kapton heater aluminum bed with a glass sheet and Avery sticker for PLA. For Abs I use bare glass and Pritt power glue.

Thx satoer for your reply.
As I'm also not a native speaker, I make failures and sometimes I'm annoyed by them myself.

Nevertheless I like your work and can only say thank you that you are sharing it with us.

Right now Iinstalled you extruder and bowden feeder.

1. Test parts: Your LED light bar with the new setting.
Works perfect right now for me.
Surface quality is with this nozzle better than with the V2 or V3 from felix.
Pictures will follow.

Question: Is it still possible to print in 0,05mm resolution or is with the thicker nozzle diameter also a loss in the resolution "coming"

Do you seriously use 0,05mm resolution? I've successfully printed 0,1mm with this hot-end but never tried 0,05. Even on 0,1 mm I have a hard time seeing the layers. 0,05... that will take ages to print. 1CM = 200 layers... ouch.

I haven't recalibrate the slicers for the 0,4 nozzle. I don't think it makes that much of a difference. Besides, my 0,35 was probably more a 0,45 after flossing it with guitar wire. But if high resolution is totally your thing. You can always use the 0,25mm nozzle. (infill will take ages)

At least I want to have the option. Will try with the 0,25mm nozzle I ordered if this will work

I tried to print an calibriation object (calibration vector)with 0,1 mm but th result of the z axis was horrible; need to tweak my settings for desstring (or something else)

For Kisslicer i use a retraction of 6 mm
Don't understand why the slicer is behaving so weired following the path of the shape.
He is just generating thin threads by moving from one area to another when not exdruding.

For SFact I use 3mm retraction
Much better result for this calibration object. I'm really satisfied with the results.

Anybody who is using Kisslicer and has found the right settings for that?
Also an SFact profile would be more than appriciated. As I'm not sure if I tweaked all paramters correct or if I missed some.
