PLA Blockage - Need Pro Tips

Hi guys i would love some pro tips on fixing this problem?

Heat it up and pull it out. Floss the extruder carefully with a piece of guitar wire. But be carful not to damage the soft aluminum extruder hole

what satoer said. Last time I used guitar string, I bought a set of 8s and they fit just fine. the nozzle is .35 as far as i can remember, and 0.08 or '8s' guitar strings are .256 as far as i recall. In anycase, they fit just fine. As tricky as it is, i heated up my hot end to 210-220C and fed the guitar string through the opposite direction to how it would extrude, and it fixed this problem. post here if you're still struggling.

thanks guys... this tip was blocked... lucky i had some guitar sting but i could not force it through the blockage.... Stupid me raged and got a pin head and jammed free the blockage.. BAD IDEA.. the .35 tip hole is more like 1.24mm now..... lol new hot end on order :lol:
