Is your part designed to fit z_axis_carrier_pt2 ?
If so i will try to print it in ABS. (and curse at the warping)

I think i will try to print it with the flat side down though.....

yes, in CAD is all fit. Not tested in real (warping and another negative ... ). Part is already rotated to the correct position for printing. I recommend printing support.

I printed the original and your part both in ABS and they fit together.
There is some warping , but i think the combo is usable as a replacement.
If they will fit on the printer.
Might give it a try to take my printer apart in a week or 2 to see if everything fits.

This part is great, what a improvement to the Felix 2.0. I'm ready to have this printed in PC by redeye and should never have a meltdown any more running bed at hight temp. I also change the acme nut to a longer one and it did fit thru both parts with no problem to the screw.

Is there any chance to get the model file?
