Ill start cheking the x-axis today, reason i am thinking the bed because once the bed stops and extdruder starts to move the bed vibrates back and forth and makes the waves? I dont know :) when i get home ill investige more

Ill make test part that is same width as the extrusion so i can elinimate one axis at a time. Only extruder moves back and forth and see will it create those waves.

Ok wich axis is causing the vibration?
First pic, no waves at all
second pic, lots of waves.
extruder sideways movement causing those waves?
Sorry for the bad picture quality.
At least some progression about this proplem :)

Me too. I think it's either my Y belt or the table wobbles, so I'm going to put the printer on the floor to strike that off the list.
